BUSTOPS® Support
Services
Achieving all the possible benefits of a transportation planning and management system like
BUSTOPS® can be a big
responsibility. Whether you are a new user or an established user
looking for new ways to use the program let MicroAnalytics help you. If
you are an experienced user our support staff will help you figure out
what tasks need to be completed to achieve your goals with
BUSTOPS®. If you are a new user we can coach you as you begin each of the step by step
tasks.
Our support staff is available from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST to help you over the telephone.
For more difficult issues we use remote control programs: Go To Meeting, Carbon Copy, VNC and PC Anywhere. These programs allow us to see what is happening on your screen, explain how to do new tasks and help you if something doesn't work the way you think it should. We can connect with you by using a modem or the internet.
