The
emSTOPS™
program is used to manage maintenance information. This
program is setup to manage work order processing, inventory control, vehicle
information, fuel records as well as all the other information related to the
vehicle maintenance processes.
You can trace the entire repair processes for your vehicles, query vehicle
detail information, control inventory, monitor scheduled maintenance and when
an inspection is due and which inspection is due next. Because the program is
a web based application you can access the program anywhere you can connect to
the server computer that contains your data. All you have to do is Log In
Work Order - The
emSTOPS™
program is used to create new work orders (requested work
orders) and schedule these work orders. The Work Order Processing also has
access to the completed work orders and the ability to exchange parts that
were used on a vehicle.
Foreman - The
emSTOPS™
program allows the foreman to create and schedule new
requested work orders, perform repairs, edit work order information and
complete work orders. This set of functions is used for the completion of
scheduled work orders. This requires the ability to search for parts within
the parts table, view vehicle history and view the completed work orders. The
mechanic function set also has the ability to perform part exchanges for
defective parts that have been used as well as open and receive purchase
orders.
Mechanic -
The
emSTOPS™
program is used for the completion of scheduled work
orders. This requires the ability to search for parts within the parts table,
view vehicle history and view the completed work orders. The mechanic function
set also has the ability to perform part exchanges for defective parts that
have been used as well as open and receive purchase orders.
Parts Master -
The
emSTOPS™program is used to maintain and update the inventory.
This includes opening and receiving purchase orders, returning parts and
monitoring outstanding credits.
Administrator -
emSTOPS™
allows an administrator to edit table information within
the database and perform system maintenance. The administrator has control
over the information within the database tables. The administrator is
responsible for things such as the vehicles, drivers, mechanics, fuel and
parts. The administrator is responsible for keeping the data within the
vehicle maintenance program current.
Supervisor Function -
emSTOPS™uses this set of functions to adjust information within
the tables. The supervisor is
also responsible for the system users and their roles (which function set they
have access to) as well as the system configuration.
Bus Maintenance Report -
emSTOPS™contains reports of information within the Vehicle
Maintenance program. The reports that are available are: Inventory lists, Next
Service (Scheduled Maintenance), Vehicle Expenses (by vehicle), Work Order and
Purchase Order Part Usage and a Distributor list of parts purchased with the
costs.
