Text Box: Whew… It’s finally over.   We understand that it takes a lot of work to get BUSTOPS implemented or to get your data updated in anticipation of school startup.  There are new students to enter, stops to be created, letters or postcards to be sent to parents, routes to be given to drivers and schools to notify of changes.   We want to congratulate all our users on their hard work this past summer.  Our customer service department has received numerous reports of clients who have had their most successful school startup this year – thanks to the help of BUSTOPS.   We have also had reports from transportation staff of some clients who purchased BUSTOPS during the first half of 2005, that this has been a very smooth and successful school startup for them this year, using the BUSTOPS program in place of the methods and programs used previously.  While you have been giving the credit to BUSTOPS, we know that it is mostly due to your hard work and dedication that the potential of the software to help you provide high quality, efficient transportation service is realized.   We trust that if you have any redistricting projects for this year, any school openings or closings, or would like to look at optimizing your routes, you will contact our BUSTOPS Support staff for help with these projects.   If you wish to discuss any of the ideas in this Support Talk please call us at 416-691-1222. .
