Text Box: When printing – be afraid
 
It’s almost time to print your Letters to Parents and the Routes for your drivers.  You have your BUSTOPS data updated and the BUSTOPS support staff have helped you adjust your reports to meet your needs.
 
Before you start to print your letters you should review some of them in the Preview screen and compare the information to the information in your student and stops databases.  Depending on the fields you are using in your reports, update commands within BUSTOPS may need to be run.
 
Although we feel bad when a client has to reprint their letters a second time or reprint their routes, it is the responsibility of individual users to verify the accuracy of their data before printing.  And, remember to get your information printed early to avoid last minute rushing.  Think how upset you will be if your printer breaks or your network goes down the day before you need the report.
 
Although many of you have a heavy workload at this time of year, we hope you are also enjoying your summer time pleasures.
